This page says what this website collects and who to contact about it. It will be replaced by the full privacy notice when that is settled; nothing here describes anything the site does not do.
What this site collects
How visitors use the site, measured with Umami, an analytics service hosted in the European Union, without cookies: the pages viewed and for how long, how far down each page is read, which sections are seen, which links and buttons are clicked, how the forms are used (that a form was started or sent, never what is typed into it), whether the World Routes offer was opened or closed, whether text was copied or a page printed (not what was copied), clicks that miss a link, pages not found, errors in the page, the referring site and any campaign tag in the link, country, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and how quickly pages load. Umami does not store IP addresses. The figures are aggregated: we do not use them to identify you and we do not combine them with anything else. Whether your visit is counted is up to you; see your choice below.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for security and abuse prevention.
Whatever you type into the contact, evaluation or stand booking forms, which reaches us as an email: your name, your organisation, your email address, and anything you write in the message.
What this site does not do
It sets no cookies. Apart from the Umami analytics script described above, it loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party domains. It runs no advertising or cross-site tracking, and it does not record your session.
Your choice
If you visit from the European Economic Area, or from somewhere we cannot identify, your visit is counted only if you agree, using the bar at the foot of the page. Elsewhere, including the United Kingdom, visits are counted unless you switch counting off here. Visits from browsers that send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal are never counted. Whatever you choose is remembered in your browser so that we can respect it; nothing else is stored there.
With JavaScript switched off, your visit is not counted.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while we are in contact and for as long as our records require afterwards. Aggregated visit counts carry no personal data.
